Employers must display Oregon OSHA’s "It’s the law!" poster where employees can easily see it.
The poster summarizes the rights and responsibilities employers and employees have under the Oregon Safe Employment Act. The poster also comes in Spanish. If you have employees who speak English and others who speak Spanish, put up both versions.
If someone offers to sell you the poster, don’t buy it. You can print it from this resource or they will send you one at no cost. Contact their Resource Center if you need more help.
