Oregon OSHA “It’s the Law” Poster

Employers must display Oregon OSHA’s “It’s the law!” poster where employees can easily see it.

The poster summarizes the rights and responsibilities employers and employees have under the Oregon Safe Employment Act. The poster also comes in Spanish. If you have employees who speak English and others who speak Spanish, put up both versions.
