Boots to Business (B2B) is an entrepreneurial education and training program offered by SBA as part of the Department of Defense’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP). B2B provides participants with an overview of business ownership and is open to transitioning service members (including National Guard and Reserve) and their spouses.

Have annual revenues of at least $250,000
Have been in business for at least three years
Have at least one employee, other than self
The training is free through the SBA.
Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and the Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB) partner together to provide inclusion guidance, recruitment support and disability awareness training for Oregon businesses. This training is relevant to human resource professionals, managers and staff of any business, educational institute or government agency. In addition, OCB can provide training on topics including assistive technology and accommodations used for existing and future employees with vision loss.
