Rogue Valley entrepreneurs, driven to ensure business continuity and success, connected with public and private business support services partners when facing workforce, funding, and operational challenges. Businesses and those who help them one email and one phone call at a time identified a need for a hub of verified and relevant information, readily available and right-sized for the Valley. Rogue Workforce Partnership convened groups of helpers and doers in the business support world from week one of the pandemic and led the effort, empowered by the repeated call for such a hub.
Disruptions to how Southern Oregon does business brought us an opportunity to reimagine how we serve it, together, in times of overabundance of information and rapidly evolving programs.
